Chairman and Managing Director
Mr. Atul Jain is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, and one of its Promoters. He holds a B.Com (Hons) degree from Agra University with a proven track record as an astute businessman. Mr. Jain brings extensive experience in the steel and metal scraps, real estate and FMCG industries.

Mr. Sudip Sinha
Executive Director , Corporate Affairs
Mr. Sudip Sinha serves as the Executive Director of Corporate Affairs for the company, bringing over 30 years of experience to the role. He holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and a Post Graduate degree in Tourism Administration from Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Indore. Mr. Sinha has held leadership positions at prominent companies and possesses a Certification in Tobacco Cessation from Gujarat University. He is also dedicated to philanthropic efforts, including the ‘Save the Youth Programme’, and has written columns on various topics. A recipient of numerous prestigious awards, Mr. Sinha has been recognized for his individual achievements as well as his contributions to the organizations he has served.
